Riddle me this Batman

There is this ad, it shows a great winding road , distinguished looking guy driving very cool Cobra down the great winding road. Ok I get the car, I have the road. I want the black spats and Chrome bumper hoops front and rear in the ad. Can I get them NOOOOOOOO!
Can I get the great head of hair of the guy in the ad ? NOOOOOO
What pisses me off more is not having the spats and hoops.
I have a hat!

I have to figure someone made the hoops for this car in the ad even if it is probably ten years old .Anyone have a clue?
