Where should I hook up the return line..

I am using a fuel injected 302 engine, with a MSD external fuel pump (fuel injected engines) feeding the engine.
With fuel injected engines you need a return line to return the unused fuel back to the tank...
I am wondering can I use the emission line as a return line? What about the vent tube?
