Thanks for the help guys...
Before I posted that pic here, I took that picture to a couple auto part store... No one knew what they were... (Thanks for letting me know what it was called)...
Once I knew what the part was, no auto part stores had any... I called Ford, the service department said that there was only one in the city (I needed both)

Good thing I asked if the part was the same from a 90 couger, I ended up buying the disconnect tool from Autozone and yanking them off my old 90 couger that has been sitting in a garage for 2 years.
