Default Recent purchase of CR Body, Frame and interior

I recently purchased a the remains of a totaled Lone Star Cobra. I have a 302 engine ( I believe an 1987 casting), mustang II front suspension, 8.8 rear wheels and tires radiator etc . I also found a CR body frame and interior which was never built but delivered to the customer in 1997.

I have most of the major components to build the car except the headers, side pipes, and transmission. The totaled car had a t 5 transmission in the car but was damaged.

I just purchaded a tremec tko 5 speed.

I started to put the car together and I am having issues with the parts supplied in hte CR kit:

1) The kit appears to provide 2 left motor mount brackets which bolt to the frame. Any suggestions on how to get one without manufacturing one myself? No answer when calling CRII.
2) As per the CR assembly instructions I need to use D7ZZ-6038-A and B motor mounts withe CR kit. The local autoparts store has this listing but they are no longer available. Anybody have a cross reference to another mount number to work?

3) If I can not get any of the above info, I could make something work but I have no measured diagram which shows the location of the engine on the frame rails. I hate to make something work and when I put the body on find out the engine needs to be moved forward 2 inches.

Any suggestions?
