Default Bought Backdraft

Hi... Well, I finally did it... Bought a 2009 Backdraft Roadster (locally, from ViperToCobra), titled as a 1965, Indi blue w/ silver stripes w/ red outline, Roush 427 SR/TW, Tremec TKO 600, 3.64 limited slip rear end, 17" knock-off wheels.

Purchased and took deliver this past Wednesday, insured/titled/tagged Thursday, got to take the kids for a quick ride on Friday, then hurricane Irene blows in for Saturday . Did get a chance to take my wife for a quick ride today . All of us (me, wife, kids (2 boys, ages 8 and 6)) love the car and are really looking forward to enjoying it.

I really appreciate this forum, have been lurking and reading (and reading) since January. I have really learned alot and appreciate the info here.

Hey, congratulations! I've seen the car on this site, it's a beauty. Welcome to the Cobra world and the BDR family. Be safe (keep the kids away from the sidepipes). Have fun!

Congrats. Alot of MD boys buying Backdrafts. Still too liberal (politically) of a state for me. Anyways, flex those smile muscles.
