Not sure what you're looking for specifically, but there is a Contemporary Classics forum on this site. In there is a thread on the history of the company - http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/cont...r-history.html
According to that thread (I can't verify that the info is accurate), the company was sold to Burtis Motors. It also mentions that Factory Five bought the body molds - most likely to get a competitor off the market.
