Default Twice Bitten!

I received my first snake bite when I saw The Gumball Rally for the first time years ago and have recently received my second snake bite (literally) when I was getting out of my neighbor's new (to him) Superformance 427 Cobra. I will carry this scare as a badge of honor.

After driving my neighbor's Cobra for the first time, it made me realized how I have neglected my desire to own a Cobra for many years. I have been researching Cobras like crazy for the last week. Joining Club Cobra and reading all of the different threads has really helped me realize what I do want (a daily driver with a simple bullet proof drive train) and what I do not want (a drag or road race set up) in my future Cobra.

I looking forward to soon realizing a dream and purchasing my own Cobra.

Snake Bitten forever,
Jamie

Just go for it. There are plenty available. Take your time and dont fall in love with the paint job. IMO, purchase one already titled in your state and then you just have a simple title transfer. Make sure you fit comfortabley in the cockpit, they are not all the same. Enjoy the hunt!

Thanks for the in state tip. My neighbor just got his Cobra from out of state and he is having a hard time getting squared away with the DMV.
