just a brief hello
im not new to cobras having bought a kit off paul wooley in Adelaide about 15 yrs ago got it 90% completed engine in driveline all hooked running straight lpg set up just needed painting .wiring and trim done took 3 yrs to get it to that stage then my marriage went south and was forced to sell it never did get a drive of it .
I sold it too some bloke called paul cant remember last name who painted it black and finished it off it has a stainless steel drop tank under it and it won a prize in a extreme hp show in Adelaide I believe. last I heard he moved up to qld and the car went with him.
since then ive married a car nut and ive been motor racing dirt circuit for a few yrs but ive had the urge to put together another cobra its been bugging me for yrs that I never quite finished the one I started and even more so I never got to drive it .
there doesn't seem to be half as many kits available now as there was back then a unfinished project might suit me with a lot of the hard work done .
would love to know where my old cobra is and talk with the current owner ect ct
anyway enough of my ramblings for now
