Manifold identification...

Hello all, Leo in constantly rainy west central Florida here...

I am trying to get clear identification for a Shelby manifold I have... it is stamped GFMK 9424-H, I have attached photos. I believe it is a '69, FE sidewinder or police interceptor, hoping an expert here will know what this actually is?
