Default Hello from Northern California

Hey Cobra Club!

My name is Casey Hudson, and I am a 40 year old wine salesman from Northern California. I grew up eating Carroll Shelby Chili, and have had a life-long obsession with Mr. Shelby’s cars, too.

I don’t have a Cobra yet, but I have a 1968 Mustang that has a 289 V8 that will hopefully find it’s way into an FIA replica car at some point in the not too distant future. I have to put the finishing touches on another Ford-powered roadster I’m working on first, and forward that car to finance the kit. In the meantime, I’m trying to get my Weber’s dialed in on the Mustang, and have found this forum invaluable to going down that road.

That said, I want to post a question in the “Weber Tuning” forum, but I don’t seem to have the requisite permission (posts get an “awaiting moderator approval” and so far nothing else has happened...). I don’t understand why, because the little box at the bottom of my screen says I “may” post new threads, but maybe I just need to introduce myself.

Here’s hoping.

Anyway, hope you all have a nice weekend.

Casey

Thanks!
