Default Good morning!

New to the board, and in full disclosure, I don't have a Cobra- anything....yet.
Joined the board to become familiar with what new products are available, and also to increase my knowledge, and maybe share some where I can.
I have 3 Cougar's I am working on, a 67 xR7 that is "rare"....Meaning it wasn't popular when new...It's rare because of the color combo. Black vinyl top, over a Glacier Blue exterior, with a red interior. 289 car, with an automatic. I've had this car for close to 30 years now, and made very slow progress....I also have a 68 Cougar standard that I built as a school project while I was in the military.
it is still in primer, also a 289 car. With a lumpy cam, dual quad intake, T5 trans and a 3.50 gear. Fun to drive, but it needs new bearings now, and more gear.
My pride and joy, that I have had the longest, and have the most time and money into, currently doesn't run, but it looks great! So close to being a driver again, it is a 351 W car, .030 over, nice cam, and a T5, with a 3.89 rear gear.
I will be here mostly to read and learn, and maybe some buying/ selling. mostly reading though.
Thanks for letting me in!

Welcome to the madness.

If you hang around on this site very long, your testosterone will triple. You will adopt some version of Tim Allen's cave man grunt, when you think about Hp. You will recklessly crave more power, even though you have more than you know how to handle.

Driving a tiny light weight sports car, with ridiculous power is so intoxicating, you will loose all ties to reality. Total Bliss.

Other than that, it's like any other car club.

I need all of those things, except I already do the Tim Allen thing....Looking forward to being able to contribute!
Is there a time limit before you can post or add pictures? I tried to put up some pictures of my Cougar's, and they didn't upload for some reason...

I think there may be a time or number of posts before you can upload picture.
