how to title as a 65-66

Need to have info regarding the way people can title a new cobra replica with a MSO saying 1966? I'm from MO and even if the MSO says this the state see's its a specially constructed/manufactured vehicle. Is the Alabama lost titles the ticket? I just sold one that I had gone thru the state ringer.....my second one is for sale but I will not title it in MO...was going to let the new owner do it the way they want. I'm looking to buy one with a MSO of 1966, but need info so I can title it as the MSO states....these states are way too anal!
