I have spent quite a bit of time at Newport and found them to be great. In fact if I can ever figure out the Ca issues they or XK's Unlimited would be my choice. I have asked both repeatedly about cars that "fell out". So far there isn't any. And the wait is 8+ months for a roller. Both offer a service to complete the car but I've been warned to be careful as it plays right into the hands of the CA DMV.
