Thanks for the kind words. The reason I have my dream car up for sale is my son has moved away and will soon to be getting married. I bought it back when he was in high school for a something fun for us both to build together. It turned out perfect and runs great. I have owned it for about 6 years now. It has a 66 289 with fuel injection, a 5 speed and a 8.8 4-link limited slip rear-end with 2832 miles on it. Its painted a Grabber Blue.

Similar car sold at Barrett Jackson for 47,000.00 Drum rear brakes but less miles. You never know what'll happen at that auction

Sure, I'll start with the ENGINE: 1966 Ford 289 with fuel injection with a custom built Diablosport computer chip, Edelbrock RPM Performer intake, 24lb. injectors, 75mm Pro M mass airflow sensor, double roller timing chain and gear, ISKY 280 adv. duration with 467. lift cam, Harland Sharp roller rockers, heads have been ported and have screw in rocker arm studs with guide plates and harden push rods, harden valves seats with 1.94 intake and 1.60 exhaust valves. High volume aluminum water pump and 160 degree high flow thermostat, High volume oil pump, MSD ignition. 190 lph in-tank fuel pump, adjustable fuel pressure regulator with a fuel pressure gage.

TRANSMISSION: Ford Super Duty 5 speed with a B&M Ripper shifter.

REAR END: 8.8 limited slip with Strange S/S street axles, 3.08 gear ratio good for highway cruising if you like to get good gas mileage. I have got 25 miles per gal. on the highway.

SUSPENSION: Adjustable upper control arms with aluminum Pro coil-over shocks, disk breaks on front and drum on back, Flaming River 20:1 manual rack and pinion kit with stainless steel u-joints, FFR upper and lower control arms on rear end.

INTERIOR: Auto-meter Phantom Gauges, 5 inch speedometer and tachometer, 2 1/16 inch all others, black carpet and pearl white shifter nob, wood grain steering wheel, Simpson 4 point racing seat belts.

WHEELS & TIRES: Center line 16x8 polished aluminum with BFG radial T/A 265/50R16 all 4

Car was painted at FRISTOE'S BODY SHOP in Clinton Mo. Has been in service for over 50 years. If you have any move question about the car don't hesitate to ask.
