Hey Steve what happened, did the tapered holes get flogged out? I have seen the set up you're talking about on a Series II front end with the vented rotors. It looks like it has been jig positioned for minimal bump steer then bolted and welded into position. The one I looked at had 2 bolts holding it and quite a bit of weld.
