Default Paint color

I was hoping someone could help me out finding some touch up paint. I noticed Danr55 and my car seem identical in color. Does anyone know what color it is (and I know it's red) and where I can find some touch up paint. Thanks in advance.

Jeff

Go to PaintScratch Touch-Up Paint (rs), Spray Cans, Spray Paint, Paint Pens, Car Paint, Automotive Paint as they can match your color with a chip or maybe even picture. Once matched it can be bought as a spray or ready for paint booth.

THe color is Rangoon Red. I understand it is a standard ford color used from 1965 to 1971 or so. If you can't find any touch up paint, let me know and I'll ask my neighbor who is in the touch up business, to make you up a batch like he did for me.

Is that it?

Rangoon red is different depending on the paint mfr. Certainly close enough for a minor touch up but anything more requires the mfr of the paint. Trust me.

Stop by your local PPG guy and have him use the prophet, I've had very good success with the color match.

John, Is that trust me as in the spider to the fly or trust me as in I'm from the Government and I'm here to help you?
