She's a cutie. I would price it at the upper end of your range, but include "Price Negotiable." You've got some good stuff on it and it's titled right.

PatrickT,

ccx for sale
In his description he states 2nd generation front suspension, does anyone have photos or specs for this 2nd design? I know I have series one front spindles and when the car is on the alignment rack the tie rods are pointing upwards (bump steer).
|
Where did you get your billet control arms for the front and rear? Thank you
|
That car is truly stunning. Wish you the best of luck with your sale.

I would imagine mowing that lawn takes up what little time you might have????

Keith, did you sell your car yet? I own ccx 33953 and always wondered how close mine was to the end of the run. I also own # 3130 which was invoiced in june of 85. I have it for sale and was looking for a later model...jim

In this economy before 12/31/09, with the Holidays coming, I would price it at $49,995. If you can wait until Spring, then I would start with the higher price. However, I know I'll be in the minority. :p |
Yes, i've been slacking. Real Estate has been crazy lately. I'm closing 14 houses just this month... So i'm still meaning to get it up on Cobracountry
|
Updating...
Ok... Seriously this time! I'ts going up on Cobra country tomorrow. I have someone in Cananda that is interested but low offers. So ya'll think like $48,500 would move it quick ? It's titled 1966 Ford Convertible

Just adding my two cents on this Cobra.....
I am in no way related to this sale or seller.... My 289 was being built at the same time as this 427SC car was being assembled at Burtis. I saw the quality of this build, the extra time/effort/dollars to build this beast. I have driven this car, it pulls w/ boatloads of torque and the Alcon brakes will stop a bus. The Tunnel Port combined with the Richmond Gear tranny is unbelievable! This car is pretty much bullet proof! There is close to $80K in this build in 1997 dollars. Somebody buy it! if I had the cash (or if the timing was better) I certainly would! |
Thanks John, I really hate to get rid of her but she just sits there looking at me when i pass by to go to work every morning. It's kinda depressing knowing she just wants to open up her lungs and scream...

wow
Wow, That's a beauty. Did I just purchase a BDR???
[checking my savings/brokerage accounts] Yes, I did... |

I'll enjoy my BDR stroker... I enjoy curves more than straightline... but it leaves me wondering what it sounds like without the exhaust traps quieting it! |
