Tom, I can't believe you let that bald headed guy in the car  I'm sure he told you he used to drive or even (Race) one (In the old, old days) and you believed him.  I'll call him this week and ask how he was even let near that beautiful Daytona. Allen by the way, is a good friend of mine, if you couldn't tell. The Secret Weapon Daytonas have a Shelby American CSX26xx VIN
The two Secret Weapon Daytonas sold for $500K each.
The third one is being assembled now.
Major difference between LWB 390 and normal Daytona Coupe:
aluminum block 390 FE engine vs 289 engine
3 inch stretch in hood resulting in 93 in wheel base
much larger hood blister to clear taller carburetors
