Ditto, to what dallas said I would think, you would be getting a text, call, Email, from HUBBLE RACING, about your beautiful Daytona, and even under the 100K mark. Good luck Pete. Cheers TommyRot.

I don't personally know GPete but 6 years ago, before I bought my ERA, I exchanged quite a few messages and pictures with him about his MARVELOUS scratch built 289. He was wanting to sell it because he'd found a GT40 he wanted. I was waiting my insurance payout for my totaled NAF but before I got the funds, Pete's deal fell through and he didn't want to sell his 289. I was totally impressed with Pete's 289, his outstanding engineering and fabrication, and his attention to detail. I would not hesitate for a nano second to buy one of Pete's cars! my 2¢ worth.

I couldn't agree with you more. He's just an incredibly talented fabricator.

Hey, seems my PMs aren’t being sent.
Your car is beautiful
How long you had it ?
Who built it ?
what engine & trans?
Does it have AC ?
How tall are you ? I’m 5’10, just want to know if I’ll fit
Thanks
William

He posted most of the info with the pic at the top of it. It has a BP 347 with TKO600. Your height will be fine. It is very different getting in and out than a roadster.

The "office" during the build. Got rid of the FFR dash. Now two part dash with a shade lip all the way across. My signature stopwatches and a glove box added. USB and 12v plugs. Remote door openers (remote Horn and fog lights - car shows hehe). Backup cameras. Electric E-Brake.

I really like my ERA but still think I missed a real treat by not getting GPete's 289. I was THAT impressed with it.

Any updates to report Pete ? I would have no doubt this car would easily bring that money on BaT. Again good luck, Cheers TommyRot.
