No company has a trademark for 'Daytona Coupe'. The only thing that comes close is a registration by Daimler Chrysler for 'Daytona'.

P.S.

I realize this is a old posting resurrected, but when it involves this
( " gentleman "?) one cannot miss a opportunity to forewarn potential buyers.

I would like to make a comment about Anthony Delazzari and the video posted by him on You Tube. The video linked in this thread does not come close to showing or telling the truth. I knew Anthony since I was a child, and my father actually got him started into the auto body repair business that led to his Cobra making ventures. The car body parts in this video were actually OWNED by Anthony. He sent them to the guy that recorded this video on a handshake deal. When Anthony got no payment and no parts returned he decided to take matters into his own hands (which I told him was stupid) and "took them back". Anthony didn't take much crap from anyone, and was hot headed, but in all the time I knew him he was nothing but honest and very helpful to those around him. His Cobra building business has been around for something like a decade, and I've seen the cars being built, along with the finished product. His work looked very good to me!

By the way, Anthony was not convicted of theft, as the stuff was his in the first place! The guy who posted this video has spread it everywhere in a smear campaign against Anthony, and I don't think this is fair! If you don't believe me just google his name and see for yourself.

I write this post in remembrance of someone that I always thought was a good guy on the whole. Anthony passed away last week, and I feel that those of us who knew him well owe it to him to clear up this crap!

In closing I will post a picture of one of the cars he built, which they showed at his funeral.

If you double click those links on the site...it takes you to a pretty comprehensive price and parts list.
