Congrats Randy and Chill,
Good to have some more FIA's in the bunch. Hope to see them next week. Chill what wheels did you end up with? Fine looking car, even without paint and stone chips :D DC |
Congrats!!!
Chill is that bobcat for scraping up speed bumps?? Speedfreak Cobra's can get expensive Check out my wife's truck  |
Chill,
Although you didn't actually see me yesterday, you may have heard me. I was turning onto Shiloh road when GeorgiaSnake and the Weavers were pulling onto McFarland, so I stopped and talked to Jason for a bit, and then headed to GS's to help him unload. Build quality of the frame and suspension is tops. Congrat's to both of you. Love those little motors too. ;) BTW, earmuffs were VERY desired yesterday, as Jason knows as well!!! If I bail out on an event this year due to rain, don't call me a wimp after having driven in 20-30 degree temps with the top down .:MECOOL: :MECOOL: (That was MECOOL literally :) ). Same for Comrade Jason who braved the elements.:MECOOL: :MECOOL: |
By the way, when driving a Cobra, people usually smile and wave. Yesterday they were ear to ear grinning and pointing at me. What they were thinking is another matter, but I am happy to report I was not ordered into a straight jacket   !!!!
|
TC thanks for your help yesterday.
My wife wanted to know when my car would look like yours  Thanks again Randy |
289 FIA
It looks really nice!
I always have thought that the FIA was a much better looking car than the S/C - also with your Stroker that bad boy is going to BURN up the road! |
Having had fun so far taking it apart... am definitely looking forward to driving it!! earmuffs or not!!!
:D |
Congrats Chill & Georgia Snake
Congratulations guys. I turned the key for the first time on my Unique - Southern Stroker a year ago today and it has been permanent grin since. Let me know if you need help with the build. I wrote down all my stupid mistakes.;)
|
Hey Chill,
for those of us living vicariously through you...make sure you keep us up to date with some build photos...perhaps your own web site? SF BTW: My wife's comment RE your initial pictures, "How cute! Why don't you get one of those?":p |
