Tim:

I was told that the material (metal/tin) of the cans is to thin for power coating and would warp.

Dang Frank - if you keep posting these original details I will never be able to get my car finished. I already have feelings or guilt and inferiority about the ones you've made me aware of and I haven't incorporated yet.

By the way, have you been discussing with Nick having an original style pusher engine fan fabricated? I told him I would be interested and thought you might be also. He said he had already heard from you.

Dan, it will be OK. This too will pass. Take 4 advil and call me in the AM!!

I have spoken to Nick about the pusher fan. For some reason that detail just doesn't blow my skirt up. If Nick makes them I will surely buy one.

I think if you try and powdercoat these the solder runs out and they leak and come apart. Powdercoat is baked on at about 400 deg F.
