Default Hardware missing

So I was under the car doing something else and noticed this. Looks like it's missing at least a nut and I'm assuming at least one washer. Does anyone know if this is any specialty hardware or just a plain old nut and washer?

If you are talking about the threads extending through the clutch throw-out arm, no nut is required (or desirable). Everything is held together naturally by the pressure built into the clutch slave piston internal spring.
