Mister Karl, Skip has been busy, busy with work (Boeing) and his newest grandson, so buddy boy, I say don't hold your breath on the holders. Now to Mister Dan, I know most of our guy's that ordered 2-or more sold their extra one's to club member's that didn't get one in the first go around. I would think at least 10 or more up here in the Great Northwet
