Yeah, I agree. I don’t think it would take a lot to get the car straightened out - new wheels, seat belts, replace the hood scoop and intake, new wood steering wheel, Ford shifter handle, flip the front bumper hoop right side up and remove the decals. The paint and chassis seem to be good. Not many 427 ERAs are built without an FE which would keep it from being a top value car but some people don’t really care, especially if it is 427 displacement.

Add strip and ceramic coat/chrome headers + sidepipes to the list.
Right side looked like this as well. I looked at the photos and
am concluding that a full repaint would be needed too.

If not replacing the motor with an FE, the wheels with 15 inch knockoffs, etc., I think a Mr Bruce super snake hood would make the car presentable.
