Unhappy Help with exhaust coatings

I just finished a long restoration on a Chevelle. After only 14 miles the ceramic coating on my Hedman headers burned off. Since I bought the headers two years ago there would be no warranty from Hedman. I remember reading some negative threads about "Jet Hot" so I don't want to send them there. Has anyone had good luck with other coating companies? Comments are appreciated.

Jerry,

We also use Airborn for all our ceramic and powder coating.

Bob:Your use of AirBorn speaks well of them. I have interest in ceramic coating my exhaust system inside and out. I have heard that shiny aluminum coating will hold up better than flat/satin black (my preference for appearance purposes). I know that a lighter color will reflect the heat better, but will it also help the coating last longer? Any thoughts on this? Thanks, Rich.
