Who has ERA 627?
Just curious.
What are the specs and color of the car? Thanks |
You need to call ERA and Peter will peer into the file on ERA627 and tell you what he knows, if anything. Generally, however, ERA does not give out color codes because (obviously) if they give you the wrong color by mistake...
Too, sometimes owners do not want anyone to duplicate their color choices, etc. Jim |
Thanks Jim.
I was just curious. When I was in the market for kits if I went with ERA I wanted to try to get 627. My birthday. Everytime I see an ERA owner with their number I just wonder what ERA627 looks like and what the specs are on it. |

I hope the owner of CSX3025 doesn't feel that way. :D |
The car is yellow with white stripes, white side pipes and chrome roll bar. Unfortunately, my one photo was taken during production and the quality is poor.
Sorry, but we don't release owners' names without permission, and I don't have an e-mail address for him. |
Thanks.
I don't need their name or email. What engine and trans? if you can yellow is a long way from black. :) Thanks again. |

close... ;)
Blue, white stripes and a yellow double team stripe on the driver's side. |
Well Ron what original 427 Cobra is still Black?
|
I know a few street cars.
Don't believe any Comp or S/C's are, though. As I told Evan a while ago, no Comp or S/C ever came originally in black. :D :p |
Mine is not a replica of a comp car. It is a replica of a street car that had the comp stuff added later. :D
I will have to look at the SAAC 30 pics. I thought you had a photo of an original black car with sidepipes, roll bar and hood scoop. It was not CSX3025. |
Ok. Here it is. CSX3036. I only have to make a couple of small changes.

There you go... that's an S/C.
Born green...but looking good now. |
I don't care what it was born as long as it's black now.
|
Not bad looking, but everyone knows green would be better. :)
|
Is that two different type of seats in the car? What gives? Just curious.

Chappie, I thought about you when Ron said it was originally green.
Green is one of my favorite colors. What are you doing this weekend? That is a comp. seat. Where do you get them? I have to start ordering parts to copy CSX3036. I can make some stainless steel sidepipes. Have to get another hood and rivet the scoop on. http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...Cobra_0041.jpg |
Tony -- Chappies car is a piece of crap green color.
I only say this because my son likes Mike's car better than mine. He constantly asks when will the green car come back to live in the garage. Anyway - It looks near black in certain light and when it is dirty. Which is always. see my gallery for picture of the Chappie machine. |
