Hood prop rod

Bob, do you know if the new style prop rod set-up can be fitted to the old style body? It looks like a bracket can be made to mount the pivot on the body but can you tell me how the other end goes into the hood when opened? Any pictures? Thanks

You'll need to drill a few holes on the hood inner panel and attach an aluminum keyhole.
The rear pivot bracket will attach to the body flange.
