Richmond 5-spd Problem.

I have a Richmond 5-spd in my ERA..............at times it is hard to get into gear smoothly...........don't know if maybe the clutch is not disengaging completely...............lubricant problem.............linkage adjustment or what it might be.

I would appreciate any ideas anyone might have as to what I might check!!!
