This just in from BNN (Bunnies News Network)
Wareham Mass-Factory Five announced today a collaboration with Kirkham Motorsports where they will be building a 1 off FFR chassis, Kirkham body 289FIA to be given to "mrmustang" the original poster boy for this wonderful combination of form and function. When contacted this afternoon, neither Dave Smith or Dave Kirkham were available for comment. MrMustang who is currently sequestered in the headquarters of "Da Bunnies"(tm) was also unavailable for comment.

Looks like a paid for car Storage lot with a mexichrome cobra replica.

CNGreen 01-29-2010 10:27 PM

Take a look again guys.

Have you ever seen a FFR that looks like that? It's a complete revision!

:)

Holy crap, that's not just any Factory Five it looks like it's the first Factory Five to use the new body that was digitized from Dick Smiths #198 original AC Cobra. The photos are taken in the Factory Five shop and that's Jim S. driving the forklift.

I would never have picked it for a FFR. Beautiful car. Can anyone tell me if I've got my facts right? As I understand it, many years ago FFR bought another Cobra manufacturer called Contemporary which I think was on the eastern seaboard. If this is right and they own all the rights to that company why on earth would they continue to use their shape when they have access to, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful shaped Cobras ever! I don't get it!

Regards.

And here I thought it was just pic of a wannabe owner worshipping a Cobra... His head need to be lower to the ground, though.
