The first Factory Five slabside
Well it's been a long haul but I think I'm finally done. Perhaps a little fine tuning but I believe that I'm finished. The Factory Five is an earlier model with a Mr. Bruce slabside body. I couldn't be more pleased. Here are some pics.

Nice job JohnO, did you get a big barrel of that green paint you're trying to use up?
You got a lot of nice detail touches for a fabulous overall effect. |
Thanks Nick, no I just love that color green. :D Mustangs, Cobras. I'm still laughing at that. :D

How did it happen to have center-laced rear wheels and rim-laced front wheels? Larry |
WOW,WOW,WOW.
Regards. |
Congratulations to you and Mr. Bruce. Always wondered who would be first to pull it off.
You two definitely get the Pioneer Award for bravery and masterful accomplishment. Well done. Thanks for sharing the photos. |
I went with the bead laced because I wanted the wheels to be tucked inside the wheelwell.
