Default Help titling factory five in Texas

Has anyone titled a factory five Shelby in Texas. We have gone to the DMV and done everything on the kit car checklist provided by the state of Texas. We have been there 4 times in 5 days and they keep telling us something different each time From what we can tell they don’t know what to put on the title as for year make and model. A picture of one titled in Texas would be great to show them how it has been done before. They are now telling us to titled it as a homemade vehicle without a vin or get a bonded title
SAPD and DPS auto theft have already cleared the vehicle. A ASE Master Technician has gone through the vehicle and approved it. The vehicle has passed a state inspection.

The first thing I would say is post where you are so the local folks can help you. If you do Facebook, also post on the Texas Cobra Club page. There is a TCC webpage, too. https://www.texascobraclub.org/. There are folks in all the bigger cities that are probably able to help.
