Looking for pictures of dry sump oil reservoir
Hi All,
Does anybody have pics of an original or good reproduction dry sump oil reservoir? I have a few shots of them in a car, but I am looking for some good images of one that has not been installed yet. Basic dimensions (length width, height) would be helpful as well.
TIA,
Steve

There's a great shot over here http://saacforum.com/index.php?topic=4131.0
I'm collecting parts to replicate this set up.

Nice, is that yours? I have the correct cap or cap button for that set up if you need it.

Cap button
Hi Nick,
Yes the tank is mine,if you need measurements let me know.
By the way have you installed the aluminum gas tank on a contemporary cobra?
Can you send me more pics on the aluminum 42 gallon tank for the contemporary cobra and the cap for the oil tank,I lost the pics you send me a few weeks ago.
Mike.

Hi Mike I'll be in touch via e-mail. I'd love the measurements. Still haven't installed the CCX comp tank yet but I have a CCX here that will be getting an even bigger capacity tank we're going to kick up between the frame rails like the real deal. I'll try and update my website with a few pictures of gas caps and the associated hardware for them.

AVIAID sell a replica of the OEM ones
VRM Aviaid sells the replica with cap. The only thing is cutting a $6K paint job and mold the hole for the tank. I am going to modifly the tank to open under the hood not through the fender. Just a thought. Rick L.
