This was not a "biggy stir" by any stretch of the imagination.  I thought everyone had come to an agreement years ago on the FE forum that the basic rule on restricting the heads was .060 for solids and .090 for hydraulics, but you could deviate up a bit for solids, or down a bit for hydraulics, if you wished.
