Default FE Identification Help!!!
Hey guys I need someones expertise. I have a line on a potential motor to rebuild. This guy says he's 99% sure it's a 428. Hmmm so I asked him for #'s and this is what he sent me.

Heads ----C7AE-A
Block------C6ME-A
Crank couldn't see any #s C2AE on one of the main caps
Trans. T18-!E 10 splines

Can anyone decifer these #'s for me?
Also the tranny is a 4 spd std out of a truck I think. Is it a toploader?


Any help would be awesome!!!
