What, you mean like memories of fixing leaky valve covers and oil pans...?

That is a very nice car. Someone put a great deal of effort and care into restoring it.

Isn't that when you know it's time to add oil - when it stops leaking?

The awesome part about this car is there was very little restoring done. It's mostly all original. It's like a time capsule. Amazing condition. I wish I could have a better idea of the value of,this car but I have been unable to find a comparable car that sold or is for sale to get a idea. I didn't realize quite how rare it must be.

Yup - just check under the hood of new BMWs - no dipsticks. Well, except the one behind the steering wheel.

Great looking car. Had that same motor in my '67 Mustang GT. Didn't leak oil. Much.

Like any FE engine. How do you know when it is out of oil? When it stops leaking.
