That is a heater core feed! I took mine off and threw it away since I wasn't going to have a heater in my car. I use that port for my Temp gauge.

Found Them!
Rob McQuarie at Blue Oval (303) 762-8298 has these reproduction. I just ordered a tall and short version (I'm also building a 352 for my pickup) and will post a picture when they arrive. Thanks everyone for your input on this and the other question. You guys are the best :)
