thinking of selling my 427 block

I'm thinking about selling my 427 iron block. I wonder what you FE guys might think it's worth. Here's some specs.

1. Cross bolts
2. Side oiler
3. No welds or cracks
4. Never blown
5. .015" over bore (good condition and can be honed without rebore)
6. Has provisions for Hyd lifters
7. completely debured
8. oil passages chamfered and enlarged.
9. Not a service block. (that I know of)
10. Not abused and never raced.
11. no excess machining (surfacing or such)
12. good line bore
13. good cam bore

I'm thinking of purchasing an aluminum block.
