Post 428FE Costs?
Can you guys give me a ballpark on what I can reasonably expect to pay for a complete '66-'68 428 FE (non CJ), which needs a complete rebuild?

And is it cheaper just to buy a complete, ready-to-go engine from one of these "turn-key" engine companies?

Also, what are your thoughts on building up a 390? They can be bought cheap, but can they be made to put out 500+ horsepower?
