mine hasnt gone to the dyno yet but it ran low 10s in my 33 coupe ill be dynoing it soon im estemating arond 700 hp when im done i hope

I had mine rebuilt by Dyno Time.I wanted to go nuts but Greg the owner knew I was going to drive this car as much as could on the street. He left it pretty much stock.So here are my dyno numbers.
4000 rpm-338hp
4000 rpm-430 trq
Seems a little meek compared to you guys,so watch out you dodge neons !

394 hp at 4000 should equal 517 lbft. at the same rpm, shouldn't it?

rick,
instead of loosening the vlaves I used to turn the engine over from time to time to relax the springs. by hand. but in any case I set valves in spring time.

Dominik I live in N.J. We get snow and cold weather 5 months out of the year. If you take the 6 bolts off the valve cover and loosen the 4 nuts or bolts on the rocker shaft assemblys you do not have to crank the engine over with no oil pressure or oil to fully coat the bearings and this way you are not doing any damage to the motor. Just a thought. Rick Lake
