Does anyone make a black rotor cap for the MSD FE distributor? I'd like to get away from the red if I could...

a chevy big block cap from Autozone fits and is black. 8 bucks

Mr0077..You are absolutely correct! The MSD distributor for a 427 Ford uses a 55-73 non HEI cap for a Chevy...

Blykins,

Standard Motor products produces the cap.
It is blue.
Part no. DR 429X

The supplier in Dallas is Dicks Auto parts.
