Watching the Youtube video description of the P4 was enough to convince me it's a shady bunch.

Don't know them but if you're looking for a quality P4 try P4 by Norwood. Fantastic quality.

I'm pretty sure they're defunct now.
I was a bit interested in the GT40 they had for sale that I had linked.
After further digging I found they were involved with Backdraft on the GT40s and are probably where Backdraft was getting theirs to sell.
The last events, youtube and anything on them stopped 3 years ago in 2014.

Backdraft GT40s were supplied by CAV.

I had totally forgotten that fact.

I think the statement led me a bit astray was...
Ron Gallo of Bailey Cars North America, the agent for the famous Bailey Cars of South Africa,
meets with Tony Martin, a South African Car builder, owner of Backdraft a top rated Florida Replica Company, to discuss working on joint projects.

Nothing like reading into things...

Last posting on their Facebook page was back in Aug 2016. Wondering if both Bailey North America and the South African plant defunct or just North America?
