Halibrand knock offs

Hi, I’ve got a few sets of Halibrand knock offs that came with some cobra parts I purchased, they say Halibrand Engineering company Torrance CAL on them. They don’t look old to me so I don’t think they are vintage from the 60s. To me I think they made of stainless but I could be wrong. But I cannot find who manufactured them on line when I google it and I don’t see anything similar to these anywhere. Anyone have any idea who made them and how much they cost from that manufacturer? This site for whatever won’t let me post some photos to show them. But they look identical to the ones on my csx continuation cobra just say Halibrand instead of Shelby American. Thanks Matt
