Khan -
Congrats! The car looks great! The interior really compliments the BRG paint. BTW - The Pantera project looks cool...perfect companion to the Cobra. |
thanks. it was a blast to build
|
Very Very nice!!!
Now reach over your left shoulder with you right arm & with your right hand pat yourself on the back---You deserve it. Craig P.S. Drive veeerrrry slowly over speed bumps & railway crossings. |
Nice, and the perfect color too! :D
|
Really top-notch Khan.
I have been a follower of your build blog for some time. I have enjoyed watching your progress on the blog and tips on the Hurricane Forum over the last two years or so. |
Very Nice, you should be proud ---it would be nice if you could bring it up to the London Show in June ---
|
Khan, You did it, and now the fun starts, driving and showing off your fine machine.
Great job, the car is gorgeous ...I love the green with the tan leather. Bill |
That car kicks A$$. Good job Khan, now go drive the snot out of it.
|
Looks Great Khan!! Wow, I've really got to get my ass in gear! I had to take some time off from mine (Basement project! and a 67 GT 500, not mine though!!). I'm so close it hurts and THEN I see this, ugh. We need to get caught up and especially on the Pantera project. Got any ZF's just laying around?? Congrats, it looks great! Keep in touch, Matt.

I know where there is a ZF out of a Pantera. It might be for sale. PM me if you need it. Sorry for the Hijack!

Awesome paint Khan, sure looks different from the beginning,
paint looks like liquid green, so smooth. Well done and a great big "Atta Boy" to you andd all the other haands that formed it. ken, 1081 |
Thanks som much Fuzzy. Paint didn't come out as nice as I would have liked but it will do for next couple of years. I am sure I'll have to repaint it in the near future.
|
If my paint comes out like your's, I'll be overjoyed. Ya done well. :)
|
Hi Khan
Sweet! Don't worry about the paint. Drive it and have fun. Stone chips and whatknot are gonna happen anyway.............. Have Fun |
Thanks JB. Not a worry so much with the paint...the mistakes they made were stupid...like over-polishing on the radius parts of the body taking off too much paint. Rookie I bet....
|
Hey Khan, even when you pay big money for paint and body work it doesn't always turn out perfect. My car has some sand marks and numerous pits they missed, but now after 2.5 years on the road...it really doesn't matter. Road chips, & scrapes under the front scope are just badges of courage.
