Default new life again for HM1121

I am almost finished again , I bought a Keith Kraft stroker for my car and
will be installing it this week . My car is practically finished after a series of
bad luck calls on my part (i.e. bought engine on web that was way out of
balance and downright poor workmanship ). Once again Mr. Jay Norstrom
called me and gave me some good advice , Mike get Keith to build you an
engine and driving soon. I took that advice and I have me a W426.ci (yes 426)stroker . Keith's men built me an engine that dynoed 533 hp 533 torque.
I am a pilot and thrill seeker .........."Spring Little Cobra !" . :-)

I bought a Hurricane Roadster because the body looks right and you
are getting a truely well built car today .....( i have old gas tank however)
Mike

Mike-

Great to hear about another Texas Hurricane! There are more than a few here in the D/FW area, and I'll be picking up my 2nd gen next month in Iowa.

I'm out in Longview frequently for work, and I wouldn't my swinging through Sulfur Springs some week and taking a peek at your project.

what dusty says is true- this thread needs pics!

My engine is in and tomorrow I am going to give a whole day to getting
the original side pipes on . I understand we can get new ones and that
is one thing planned for my kit later as funds become availiable . One thing
I like about my Hurricane body is really close to the original shape , JMO

soon as it gets a little cooler I will post more photos , here is a pic of
why I can't get my Hurrycane ready lol.......

One thing I like about my Cobra is that if you had a GF like LULU and
she sat on the fender it wouldn't crack or bend .......

newer ones sometime in the future ......XMAS is gonna be a good one this

Congrats on the build. Looking good.
Side note on your other hobby. At the end of a fuel load when you've been doing a lot of aerobatics don't forget you're upside down and pull up into a loop. Don't ask me how I know.

My Hurricane is finally to the licensing phase . KEITH'S ENGINE IS
AWESOME formally known before PC as a bad mama jama i.e
one bad summbich lol

I am ignoring that the 50k spent the car is now like 35K on a good day
I bought my Hurricane because it is/was the best buy for the money $$$$ IMO
If I wanted an investment I would have bought gold or even better
yet lead ..... Got one guy who wants to trade me an airplane for my car
before I put any road miles . SORRY CHARLEY
LMH likes this.
