Hey John,

All the best of luck to you.

I'm very pleased with the chassis you made for me for the Lister COOX 001 prototype project. After some suspesion tweaking and obviously a lot of other work aside from the chassis, the car is very unique. Interestingly enough, my good friend the car was built for has decided to keep this car and put his newer Viper roadster up for sale because this one handles better, is more stable, and as he says is actually "more fun to drive" in his words. Also, the car just got a trophy at the recent Sacramento Automrama which was unexpected. We entered it just for fun. Could not be more pleased with your chassis.

I'm confident you will do well at whatever you decide to do or get into next.

That bottom shot of Johns car from the rear with the wing almost looks like an RC car on a work bench, waiting to get the batteries charged.

John, back to your original question. I liked the Hurricane very much after looking it over when it was still in Lee's Summit, it has some nice features that look more original than some of the other cars in that price range. I would be intrested in just a frame and body and source the other stuff myself. Keep us informed if you get any further with acquiring the Jigs/Molds.

I was also interested in an Hurricane. For me it was the looks and completeness of the kit that attracted most. Shipping is expensive so for me complete kit or building stages is economical the best.

In my photo gallery are pictures of HM1081 (Hurricane #81) as it came from the factory without any work done to the body. There are also shots of it mocked up at Lee's Summit before it was disassembled and crated.
