Default cobra problems

I recently bought a Johnex cobra, the more time I spend around it the more problems I am finding, slowly sorting things out but my biggest problem rite now is the poor header fitment, it has super cobrajet heads on it and the headers are for a regular 460 head so the ports are way to small, also they had the header gasket on the passenger side on wrong choking the flow off even more, does anyone know how I can find the proper headers?

Are the header tubes big enough for the 460 ? Maybe you can get by with just new flanges, or even step down from a larger tube to the existing headers. Otherwise you'll need new headers , and more than likely, new muffler sections in your side pipes.
Best of luck, and welcome to the "Slippery Slope"!!!!!!!!!!!

I would think if you can not do it yourself, you will have to find a fabricator that can build you a new set. Johnex were basically individually custom built, so finding a replacement set would be highly unlikely.

I have recently got a johnex and they seem to use parts from many suppliers. I made a flange to go on head then header bolts to it lots of blending to make it nice
