If I had to guess, my thinking is in line with Patrick's.
That thing would be tough to drive around the street.
Pressing the accelerator would be like stepping on eggshells.
The slightest extra pressure and snap.
Still a beautiful piece of work though!
Good luck the seller and any interested parties.

A chore is cleaning your house or taking the garbage to the curb. Driving a Cobra with a few extra HP is NOT a chore.

Not a chore, but more a case of too hard to drive...
My alternative thought is that it's a Cammer, and its lasted 300miles.
That's, what 5 times more than the last one I know of. But that thought is unsubstantiated. ;)
