Quicktime bellhousing mod template?

Do any of you guys have the template, or measurements, for modifying the QT BH to accept the Kirkham clutch arm?
I'm helping a friend (who's building a CSX) install his KMS clutch arm but we're stuck. We widened the side hole already but now we need to know where to drill the hole on the face of the bell for the pivot bolt.

I have contacted Kirkham but nothing so far.

seems to me that the hole for the arm has been in the wrong place on most of those housings---when was the bell housing made??? Should be marked if its an SFI rated

It is a new bell Jerry, don't know the date of manufacturing.

The pivot bolt on the KMS arm is further towards the outside of the bell, so the face needs to be drilled out, as I understand it... We tried to make it work with the other holes but there is no way.
