Gentlemen,

We have extended our sale through our open house--17 Jan 04.

We require a $5,000 deposit to hold your place in line. All deposits must be received by 19 Jan 04. Personal checks will be accepted for deposits. Please use an overnight carrier to send the checks. (We do not want checks sitting in our mail box.)
